不同部位注射欣母沛对剖宫产产后出血的预防效果比较

目的 探讨不同部位注射欣母沛对剖宫产产后出血的预防效果.方法 选取2015年2月至2016年3月在宁波大学医学院附属医院接受剖宫产手术的100例孕产妇为研究对象,随机分为A组和B组,每组各50例,其中A组产妇通过肌注方式给予欣母沛治疗,B组产妇采用宫体注射方式给予欣母沛治疗,比较分析两组产妇术中、术后2h出血量以及剖宫产前后不良情绪等情况.结果 A组产妇剖宫产术中和术后24h的出血量明显较B组降低(t=2.50,P<0.01;t=13.65,P<0.01),术后2h的出血量较B组有所增加(t=2.16,P=0.03);剖宫产术后,B组产妇的HAMA评分和HAMD评分均高于A组(t=5.25,P<0.01;t=5.69,P<0.01);两组产妇在术后的HAMA评分总得分和HAMD评分总得分明显低于术前(t=11.13,P<0.01;t=5.05,P<0.01;t=13.10,P<0.01;t=7.24,P<0.01).结论 对剖宫产产妇进行欣母沛肌肉注射可降低术中和产后24h出血量,改善产妇术后不良情绪,但对降低术后2h出血量效果不及欣母沛宫体注射.

Effect of injecting hetmabae in different parts on preventing postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section

Objective To explore the prevention effect of injecting hemabate in different parts on preventing postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section.Methods Totally 100 puerperas received cesarean section in the Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Ningbo University from February 2015 to March 2016 and they were recruited in the study.The cases were randomly divided into group A and group B (n=50).Group A was treated by intramuscular injection of hemabate and group B was given by uterine injection.Two groups were compared in bleeding loss amount during operation and 2h after operation as well as adverse mood before and after cesarean section.Results The amount of bleeding in group A was significantly lower than that in group B during the operation and at 24h after cesarean section (t value was 2.50 and 13.65, respectively, both P<0.01), and the amount of bleeding at 2h after operation was higher than that of group B (t=2.16, P=0.03).After cesarean section, the HAMA score and HAMD score of group B were higher than those of group A (t value was 5.25 and 5.69, rspectively, both P<0.01), and the scores of two groups were significantly lower than those before operation (t value was 11.13, 5.05, 13.10 and 7.24, respectively, both P<0.01).
