Barbecue翻滚法治疗水平半规管良性发作性位置性眩晕有效性研究

目的:评价Barbecue翻滚法和体位限制在治疗水平半规管良性发作性位置性眩晕(HC-BPPV)中的作用。方法:将HC-BPPV患者随机分成2组,复位组给予Barbecue翻滚法治疗加体位限制,对照组仅给予体位限制治疗。结果:复位组23例,对照组22例,第4天随访时复位组和对照组的治疗成功率分别为78．3％(18/23)和22．7％(5/22),两者相差显著((?)~2=11．74,p＜0．005),第7天随访时,两者的成功率分别为82．6％(19/23)和31．8％(7/22),两者也相差显著((?)~2=9．9,p＜0．005)。结论:Barbecue翻滚法治疗效果明显高于体位限制治疗,凡HC-BPPV诊断明确者均应给予Barbecue翻滚法治疗。

The efficacy of Barbecue rotation therapy for horizontal semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo

Objective:To assess the efficacy of Barbecue rotation therapy for horizontal semicircular canal benign parox- ysmal positional vertigo(HC-BPPV).Methods:Patients with unilateral HC-BPPV were randomly divided into 2 groups: repositioning group and control group,patients in repositioning group were received Barbecue rotation and postural re- striction therapy,patients in control group were only received postural restriction therapy.Results:There were 23 pa- tients in repositioning group and 22 patients in control group,The success rates in repositioning group and control group were 78.3%(18/23) and 22.7%(5/22) respectively in the fourth day's follow up,there was significant difference between the two rates ((?)~2 =11.74,p＜0.005),and in the seventh day's follow up,the two rates were 82.6%(19/23) and 31. 8% (7/22),the difference was also significant ((?)~2= 9.9,p＜0.005).Conclusion:The efficacy of Barbecue rotation was superior to postural restriction,and all patients should be treated for Barbecue rotation when the diagnosis of HC-BP- PV was defined.
