上海市普陀区白内障复明手术效果分析

目的 分析上海市普陀区白内障手术复明情况,探讨其影响复明的因素及发展趋势.方法 对上海市普陀区进行的白内障手术的手术方式、术后视力及影响手术效果的主要病因等情况进行调查,将结果进行统计学分析.结果 4年来共行白内障手术3361例（3939眼）.随着晶状体超声乳化人工晶状体植人手术率的提高,术后脱残率也逐年提高.从2001年12月的66.12%到2004年12月的81.38%,术后视力≥1.0的比率也从5.10%增加到7.36%.白内障手术后疗效差的比率为4.42%～5.32%.影响复明的原因除术中的并发症外,主要是术前合并的眼底疾病.结论 晶状体超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体植入术是目前首选的治疗方法.它能提高手术质量,减少术后并发症.

Analysis on therapeutic effects of cataract surgery in Putuo District in Shanghai

Objective To investigate the effect of cataract surgery and related factors influencing results.Methods The therapeutic effect of each method of cataract surgery in Putuo District in Shanghai in the past four years(from Jan.2001 to Dec.2004) were investigated and statistically analysed. Results 3939 eyes of 3361 cases had undergone cataract surgeries.Phacoemulsification and posterior chamber IOL implantation having escaped the blindness and handicap from 66.12% to 81.38%.The rate of eyesight reached 1.0 after surgery were increased from 5.10% to 7.36%.The prevalence of blindness and low vision was 4.42% to 5.32% Beside operative compications,preoperative fundus diseases were the main factor to influence results. Conclusions Phacoemulsification and posterior chamber IOL implantation are the most used cataract surgery.It can improve cataract surgery quality and decrease complications.
