居民心理健康状况筛查记录表的编制及信效度检验

目的 为建立社区心理健康档案、筛查社区里有心理疾病的居民而编制居民心理健康状况筛查记录表并进行信效度检验.方法 通过文献阅读并结合社区和临床实践经验,参考中文版复合性国际诊断交谈表3.0(CIDI-3.0),提出项目,以37名某课程培训班学员、32例精神科住院病人及5.12地震灾区1800名灾民进行信度、效度评定.结果 Cuttman系数(Cronbach's α)为0.682,分半信度系数为0.624,重测信度为0.880,ICC值为0.909.各因子与总分之间的相关为0.302～0.839,各条目与总分之间的相关为0.126～0.547.总分得分≥4时,筛选灵敏度为0.605,特异性为0.395.结论 居民心理健康状况筛查记录表适合做为社区居民的心理疾病的筛查量表.

Reliability and validity of the mental health of residence screening scale

Objective To establish the record of mental health in community to screen individuals who have mental disorder and test the reliability and validity. Methods The items were established on the basis of Composite International Diagnostic Interview--3. 0 and literature reading combining with community and clinical experiences. 37 students, 32 inpatients and 1800 earthquake survivors were assessed by the scale. Results Cuttman coefficient （Cronbach a）, split--half reliability, test--retest reliability and the ICC of test--retest were 0. 682, 0. 624, 0. 880 and 0. 909, respectively. The correlations between each factor and the scale changed between 0. 302 and 0. 839. Meanwhile, the correlations between each items and the scale ranged from 0. 126 to 0. 547. When the total score was greater than or equal to 4, the sensitivity and specificity of screening was 0. 605 and 0. 395, respectively. Conclusions Mental Health of Residence Screening Scale is applicable for the screening of residence＇s mental disorder in community.
