| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨氨磺必利治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性.方法 对45例成人精神分裂症患者进行为期12用的氨磺必利系统治疗,在治疗期间定期进行PANSS,TESS,CGI评定以及血常规、生化系列、心电图检查.结果 治疗前后PANSS,CGI评分均有显著性差异(P＜0.000).最常见的不良反应是EPS和催乳素升高.结论 氨磺必利能有效治疗精神分裂症,无严重不良反应,安全性高.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy and tolerability of amisulpride in schizophrenia. Methods 45 adults with schizophrenia received amisulpride treatment for 12 weeks. PANSS,CGI,TESS were used for assessement. Blood test, biochemistry and ECG were performed periodically. Results There were significant differences in PANSS and CGI comparing before and after the treatment in each group （P 〈 0. 000）. The common side effects were EPS and insomnia. Conclusions Amisulpride had good efficacy and tolerability in the treatment of schizophrenia. |
