益气复脉注射液联合低分子肝素治疗慢性心功能不全对照临床研究

[目的]探讨益气复脉注射液联合低分子肝素治疗慢性心功能的临床疗效。[方法]将150例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组70例给予常规剂量的血管紧张素转换酶的抑制剂、地高辛、β受体阻滞剂、螺内酯,治疗组80例在对照组基础上增加1.3g的益气复脉注射液,250mL的葡萄糖溶液,采用静脉吊瓶滴注,1次/d,治疗周期为1个月。[结果]两组经过治疗后凝血、血液流以及心肌功能复苏指标变化,治疗组明显好于对照组。[结论]益气复脉注射液联合低分子肝素治疗慢性心功能不全疗效确切。

Supplementing Qi Injection Combined with Low Molecular Heparin in Chronic Heart Failure Controlled Clinical Study

[Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of LMWH treatment of chronic heart Qi Fumai injection.[Method] Control group treated with conventional doses of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors,digoxin,beta-blockers,spironolactone treatment group increased in the control group on the basis of 1.3g of Qi Fumai Injection,250mL glucose solution using intravenous Diaoping infusion,1/d treatment cycle for a month.[Results] Two groups after treatment clotting,blood flow and myocardial function the recovery indicators of change,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.[Conclusion] Qi Fumai injection combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of chronic cardiac insufficiency efficacy.
