| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨后内侧微侵袭小切口治疗后交叉韧带胫骨点撕脱骨折的手术方法及疗效。方法:回顾分析27例应用后内侧微侵袭小切口手术治疗后交叉韧带胫骨点撕脱骨折的病例。结果:全部病例获得随访,骨折1期愈合,Lysholm评分术后均较术前明显提高。结论:应用后内侧微侵袭小切口治疗后交叉韧带胫骨点撕脱骨折安全、创伤小,操作简单,固定可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the methods and efficacy of treatment of tibial avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament through posteromedial minimal invasive incision. Methods:Analyze 27 cases using posteromedial minimal invasive incision to treat tibial avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament. Results:All the patients have been followed-up and avulsion fracture have healed in I period. All the postoperative lysholm scores are obviously improved than preoperative scores. Conclusion:Treatment of tibial avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament through posteromedial minimal invasive incision is safe and simple which has limited damage and effective fixation. |
