| 摘 要： | 用扫描电镜观察了蛲虫雌虫的头端及虫卵卵壳外貌结构,并用光镜对虫卵进行了测量。发现三个唇瓣表面均有乳突(唇瘤),各唇瓣的游离缘(三唇瓣相向缘)均有因角皮增厚所形成的唇脊。虫卵腹面向內凹陷,其环周与两背侧面衔接处以及两个对称背面相衔接处均有卵壳增厚形成的梭脊,尤以前者为著,此对壳卵具骨架样的支撑功能。对虫卵测量结果表明,蛲虫卵系一两极端及背腹侧均不对称的椭球体。由此说明虫卵多数呈D字形的重力学原因。

| Abstract: | This report describes the fine structure of the anterior end, lip, buccal capsule, head bulb of female and egg shell of Enterobius vermicularis under the light and scanning electron microscopes. The ridges and probolae structures are on the surface of female lips. The egg shell of E. vermicularis is asymmetrically ellipsoid between the two poles of egg and also between its convex and concave surfaces. Three of longitudinal ridges run parenthetically over ventral sides and central side of two convexes of the shell. The longitudinal ridges are shown to have the function to support the bones on the shell.The gravitate reason why eggs can present asymmetric contour is discussed. |
