电针配合推拿整复治疗颈胃综合征疗效观察

目的：探讨颈胃综合症的非药物治疗方法。方法：将符合纳入标准的92例患者随机分为治疗组（针刺＋推拿整复）和对照组（胃炎康胶囊＋颈复康颗粒）各46例，观察和比较两组患者的改善情况。结果：治疗组46例颈胃综合症患者经治疗后治愈30例（65．2％），好转14例（30．4％），无效2例（4．4％），总有效率为95．6％。对照组治愈16例（34．8％），好转21例（45．7％），无效9例（19．5％），总有效率为80．5％。治疗组明显优于对照组，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：采用电针加推拿整复治疗颈胃综合症可获较好的疗效。

Curative Effect of Electric Needles Combined with Massage on Cervical Gastric Syndrome

Objective：To explore the non -drug effective therapy for cervical gastric syndrome. Methods：92 ca- ses were randomly assigned into two groups. The treatment group received electric needles and massage restitu- tion with 46 cases. The control group took orally Weiyankang capsule and Jingfukang granule with 46 cases. Improvement of cervical gastric syndrome in the patients were observed and compared . Results ： In the treat-ment group,there were 30 cases cured（65.2% ）,improvement in 14 cases（30.4% ） and no effect in 2 cases （4.4%） ,and total effective rate was 95.6%. In the control group, there were 16 cases cured （34. 8% ） ,im- provement in 21cases（45.7% ） and no effect in 9 cases（ 19.5% ） ,and total effective rate was 80.5%. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Ideal curative effect can be got in the treatment of cervical gastric syndrome by electric needles and massage restitution.
