脑卒中偏瘫早期介入康复的疗效观察

目的：探讨脑卒中患者早期正规康复治疗的效果。方法：随机将90例初发急性脑血管疾病的患者分为康复组（56例）和对照组（34例L康复组在发病3个月内生命体征平稳后开始进行正规的康复治疗；对照组在发病3个月后生命体征平稳后进行正规的康复治疗。两组分别于治疗前、后1个月，治疗后2个月采用Brunnstrom偏瘫分级标准进行评分。结果：治疗前两组的Brunnstrom偏瘫分级标准评分无统计学意义（x：=0.074，PXL05）。：治疗1个月、2个月后康复组的Brunnstrom偏瘫分级标准评分有显著提高，与对照组相比较有统计学意义（x2=9.32，P〈0.01）。结论：在发病早期对患者进行正规的康复治疗可明显提高患肢的运动功能，降低致残率，提高日常生活能力。

Curative effect observation of cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia early intervention of rehabilitation

Objective： To investigate the stroke patients early formal rehabilitation therapy effect. Methods： Ninety patients with random incipient acute cerebrovascular patients were divided into rehabilitation group and the control group in 34 cases of 56 cases. The Rehabilitation group were taken in formal rehabilitation therapy after stable vital signs in the three months, and the control group were taken in formal rehabilitation therapy after the 3 months when they have stable vital signs. Two groups were scored by Brunnstrom hemiplegia grading standard before treatment,after treatment 1 month, and 2 months. Results： in the two groups before treatment Brunnstrom hemiplegia classification standard score no significant （x2=0.074,p 〉0.05）. For 1 month, 2 months after rehabilitation group of Brunnstrom hemiplegia classification standard score is significantly higher,and compared to control group have significant meaning （j2=9,32,P〈0.01）. Conclusion： the patients who get the formal rehabilitation therapy in early onset can obviously improve the limb movement function, reduce morbidity, improve the ability of daily life
