摘    要:目的:建立定量测定硝酸异山梨酯片中硝酸盐含量(以硝酸根计)的方法。方法:采用离子色谱法。分离柱为IonpacAS11-HC,淋洗液为氢氧化钾溶液(20 mmol/L),使用电导检测器联合阴离子抑制器进行检测。结果:硝酸根检测质量浓度线性范围为10110μg/m(lr=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.3%(RSD=0.9%,n=3),检测限和定量限分别为0.002 1、0.007μg/ml。结论:本方法操作简便、快速,结果准确,适用于硝酸异山梨酯片中硝酸盐的定量分析。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of nitrate (nitrate radical) in Isosorbide dini- trate tablets. METHODS: Ion chromatography was adopted. The chromatographic column was IonpacAS11-HC with potassium hy- droxide solution (20 mmol/L) as leacheate. The conductivity detector was combined with negative ion inhibitor. RESULTS: The lin- ear range of nitrite radical were 10-110 μg/ml (r=0.999 8) with an average recovery of 99.3% (RSD=0.9%, n=3). The limits of detection and quantitation were 0.002 1 μg/ml and 0.007 μg/ml. CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can be used for the quantitative analysis of nitrate radical in Isosorbide dinitrate tablets.
