| 摘 要： | 本文通过２４９例老年人慢性阻塞性肺病（ＣＯＰＤ）临床Ｘ线分析，探讨其胸部平片Ｘ线诊断价值。发现对肺气肿的Ｘ线诊断要有新认识；观察和测量右下肺动脉横径宽度具有重要的临床意义；还分析了老年人ＣＯＰＤ的特点，以在预防和治疗本病中起积极作用。

| Abstract: | In order to evaluate the diagnostic valtie of chest films,249 cases of senile chronic obstruc-tive pulmonary disease(COPD)were analvsed clinically and radiographically in this paper.The authers consid-er that COPD in old people must be re-understood.It was of great significance to measure the diameter ofright inferior pulmonary artery in senile COPD.The characteristics of this disease in old people,which wereconsidered to be in favor of the prevention and treatment of the disease were also discussed. |
