| 摘 要： | 用超声心动图、心电图及２４ｈ动态心电图检查８３例备中度高血压患者。结果表明，超声心动图左室肥厚在早期检出率高于心电图。对室性心律失常的早期预报也更敏感。如检出患者已有心电图左室肥厚，其复杂心律失常发生率更高，是预后不良的指标。

| Abstract: | ighty-three patients with mild or moderate uncomplicated hypertension were studied on leftventricular hypertrophy(LVH)and ventricular arrhythmias by electrocardiogram(ECG),e-chocardiography(ECHO),and 24h dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG)monitoring.The detectionrate of LVH was54.2%and 30.1%(P<0.05)by ECHO and ECG respectively.Complicateventricular arrhythmias(CVA)detected by 24h DCG monitoring were 18.4%in ECHO NO leftventricular hypertrophy(NLVN),51.1% in ECNO-LVH and 64% in ECG-LVN.Theresultsshowed that the ECHO was more sensitive to the early detection of LVH for the prediction ofCVA than ECG.Among those patients with LVH,the more cardiac mass weight,the moreCVA.If ECG-LVH exists,the incidence of CVA is relatively high,this is the index of poorprognosis. |
