| 摘 要： | 幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,HP)是慢性活动性胃炎的主要病因,与萎缩性胃炎及胃癌发生有密切相关。HP感染可引起胃黏膜的多种细胞因子和化学趋化因子升高,而造成胃黏膜的病理改变,其中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)的表达与HP相关性胃病发生的危险性有明显关系。

| Abstract: | Helicobacter pylori (Helicobacter pylori,HP) is a chronic active gastritis main cause,closely related to atrophic gastritis and gastric cancer. HP infection can cause a wide range of gastric raucosa Cytokines and chemokines increased chemical, causing pathological changes of gastric mucosa. The expression of IL-1β (IL-1β) has significant relationship with the risk of HP-related stomach. |
