| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨人工流产与继发不孕的关系，减少继发不孕的发生。方法：随机选择我院妇科门诊不孕症患者108例，有人工流产史的继发不孕患者65例为观察组（A组），同期原发不孕患者43例为对照组（B组），两组患者均进行常规子宫输卵管碘油造影（HSG）和血清中AcpAb水平检测。结果：观察组患者输卵管梗阻率和血清AcpAb阳性率均明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：人工流产后发生继发不孕的机率较大，女性及医务工作者应给予重视。
