α-受体拮抗剂降低肝硬变狗门脉压及肝静脉嵌塞压的研究

摘    要:本实验成功地建立了狗肝硬变门脉高压症模型,观察了α~受体拈抗剂(酚妥拉明)对狗肝硬变门脉压、肝静脉嵌塞压和肝静脉压力梯度的作用。实验结果表明,酚妥拉明能明显降低狗肝硬变的门脉压、肝静脉嵌塞压和肝静脉压力梯度,分别下降35.2%、37.2%和52.1%。

Abstract:It has been confirmed that regulation of hepatic microvascular beds is mainly controlled by alpha-adrenoceptors. In order to clarify whether alpha-adre-noceptor antagonists arrest the effects of alpha-adrenoceptors on hepatic vascular beds and decrease the pressure of portal vein and w dged hepatic vein in liver cirrhosis, we observed the effect of alpha-adrenoceptor antagonist, (phentolamine, perfused intravenously) on aforementioned pressure in liver cirrhosis induced by dimethyni-trosamine or common bile duct ligation in dogs (n = 6). The experimental results show that phentolamine can markedly reduce portal venous pressure, wedged hepatic venous pressure and hepatic venous pressure gradient on average to 35.2%, 37.2%, 52.1%; P<0.01 respectively.
