恶性肿瘤患者血浆肿瘤标志物含量与血液流变学指标的相关性研究

目的探讨常见恶性肿瘤患者血浆多种肿瘤标志物含量和血液流变学指标变化的相互关系。方法对90例临床常见恶性肿瘤患者进行血液流变学指标和甲胎蛋白、癌胚抗原、癌抗原19-9、癌抗原125、癌抗原724五种肿瘤标志物含量的测定;同时设定52例健康体检者作为正常对照组。结果恶性肿瘤患者的全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数和红细胞刚性指数均高于对照组(P<0.05);恶性肿瘤患者血浆肿瘤标志物的阳性项数不同,血液流变学指标之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤患者存在明显的血液流变学异常,并且与血浆肿瘤标志物含量相关。联合检测血液流变学指标及肿瘤标志物含量对恶性肿瘤患者判断病情及临床治疗有一定的实际意义。

Study on the association between tumor marker contents and hemorheology in patients with malignant tumor

Objective To study the relation between tumor marker and hemorheology in patients with malignant tumor. Methods AFP,CEA,CA19-9,CA125,CA724 and indexes of hemorheology were detected in 90 cases of malignant tumor,and 52 cases of healthy subjects were as control. Results Blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte rigidity index in malignant tumor patients were higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the index of hemorheology among different tumor marker positive groupsBF](P<0.05). Conclusion The abnormality of hemorheology in cases of malignant tumor is common,which is relative to levels of tumor marker in plasma.It suggested that the detection of indexes of hemorheology and tumor marker in judging clinic status or clinic treatment may be of significance in patients with malignant tumor.
