激光光凝配合补肝肾中药治疗糖尿病视网膜病变

目的 观察激光光凝配合补肝肾中药治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法 对糖尿病视网膜病变81例121只眼采用分组治疗方法，光凝组71只眼仅接受激光光凝治疗。综合组50只眼应用激光并配合中药治疗。观察两组的有效率。结果 光凝组的有效率为81．7％，综合组的有效率为96％，两组比较差异有显著性(P＜0．05)。综合组治疗后视网膜出血、渗出和水肿的改善明显优于单纯组(P＜0．05或P＜0．01)。对新生血管退化的治疗作用两组比较差异无显著性(P＞0．05)。两组治疗前后视力比较差异亦无显著性。结论 补肝肾中药可用于配合激光光凝对糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗。

An analysis of clinical effectiveness of laser photocoagulation matching of Chinese medicines on diabetic retinopathy

OBJECTIVE To observe clinical effectiveness of laser photocoagulation matching of Chinese medicines(invigorating the liver and kidney)on diabetic retinopathy.METHODS Eight-one patients (121 eyes)with diabetic retinopathy were divided into two groups. Seventy-one eyes were treated with laser photocoagulation only in the photocoagulation group. Fifty eyes were treated with laser photocoagulation combined traditional Chinese medicine in the combined group. The clinical therapeutic effectiveness was observed in two groups. RESULTS The therapeutic effective rates was 81.7% in the photocoagulation group, and it was 96% in the combined group(P<0.05). After treatment hemorrhage, exudation, and edema were improved, The combined group was better than photocoagulation group (P<0.05). There was not significant difference between two groups for visual acuity and neovascularization disappeared before and after treatment(P>0.05). CONCLUSION Traditional Chinese medicines(invigorating the liver and kidney) could be available for treatment combined of diabetic retinopathy.
