| 摘 要： | 目的建立醋酸7中洗液的细菌内毒素检查法；方法参照（中国药典2005年版（二部）附录细菌内毒素检查法及指导原则进行干扰试验。结果醋酸7中洗液的pH值〈3，用细菌内毒素检查的干扰作用用稀释法难以消除，我们采用去热原的NaOH碱性调节液调节pH值后消除干扰。结论醋酸冲洗液经调节pH值后可用细菌内毒素检查法控制其细菌内毒素限度。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a method of bacterial endotoxin test for Aetic Acid Irrigation. METHODS According to Volume Two. Chinese Pharmcopoeia 2005 Edition, interference test was carried out for Aetic Acid Irrigation. RESULTS The pH value of Aetic Acid Irrigation were lower than 3, the inhibition of bacterial endotoxin test was hard to eliminated by dilution, and we performed it by mediated the pH value of Aetic Acid Irrigation. CONCLUSIONS Bacterial endotoxin could be used for Aetic Acid Irrigation by mediated the pH value. |
