| 摘 要： | 对５７例乳腺肿物进行彩色多普勒血流显像观察和脉冲多普勒血流频谱分析，其中乳腺癌３６例，良性肿物２１例，均经手术病理证实。结果表明：正常乳腺、乳腺癌及良性肿物周边均可探及动脉血流频谱．正常腺体血流速度一般低于病变部位，而良、恶性肿块之间在血流频谱显示率及血流速度方面均无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。因此，尚不能确切鉴别乳腺癌和良性病变；随着肿块径值增大，其最大血流速度有增加趋势，提示血流速度的高低尚与肿块大小有关。另外，血流信号的显示易受多种因素的影响，从而提示该技术在乳腺良、恶性肿物鉴别诊断方面的应用有待进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | Fifty seven breast masses were examined with color doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and pulsed doppler, including 36 cancers and 21 benign lessions. All were proved by operation and pathology. The results showed that the arterial flow spectrum could be detected from contralateral normal breast. The flow velocity of normal breast is lower than that of breast disorders. There is no significant difference between malignant and benign lesions in the detection rate and velocity of flow. The maximal flow velocity is related to the size of masses. The value of the method in the differential diagnosis of breast masses would be studied further. |
