饱和盐水比浊法测定血浆纤维蛋白原

摘    要:目的:建立一种用饮和盐水比浊法测定血浆纤维蛋白原的方法。方法:用饱和盐水使血浆纤维蛋白原产生浊度,通过比浊测定血浆纤维蛋白原浓度,并进行方法学评价和对照试验,结果:该法线性好y=20.0673x-0.0224,r=0.999,批内重复试验CV=2.5%,批间重复试验CV=3.0%,平均干扰率〈5%,回收率为97%。与双缩脲法比较r=0.9194,y=0.9781x-0.4002有较高的一致性。结论

Saturated Salt Solution Turbidimetry Determined Fibrinogen in Plasma
Abstract:Objective:To establish one method for determining fibrinogen in plasma by saturated salt solution turbidimetry.Method:We made the fibrinogen turbidty with saturated salt solution and determined the fibrinogen by turbidimetery.Then did methodological evaluation and comparison.Result:The linearity was very good.y=20.0673x 0.0224. r =0.9999.The within run cv was 2.5%.The between run cv was 3.0%.Average interfere rate was lower than 5%.The recovery rate was 97%.Compared turbidimetry with Biuret,We established the following regressive equation:y=0.9781x 0.4002. r =0.9194.Conclusion:Turbidimetry is simpler and easy to master.The determined results are satisfactory.Therefore,It can be used as one method for determining fibrinogen in plasma in clinical.
