(牙合)垫式可摘局部义齿修复老年人缺牙体会

目的：通过对老年人下颌牙列缺损伴部分牙中、重度磨耗的设计及修复治疗，探讨牿垫式可摘局部义齿在重建口颌系统的正常秩序，适当恢复颌高度，重建咬合平衡等方面的使用效果。方法；对46例上述类型患者做[牙合]垫式可摘局部义齿，随访观察1，6，12个月。结果：临床效果满意，均达到预期修复目的。结论：老年人部分牙列缺损伴有中、重度磨耗的患者，[牙合]垫式可摘局部义齿修复是一种有效的治疗方法。

Experiences of Splint of Removable Denture Restorate in Old Patients with Teeth Missing

Objective: This article describes the design and restoration for old patient diagnosed with mandible dentition defect accompanied with partial medium to severe attrition. The purpose is to explore the splint removable of denture effect in the reconstruction of whole occlusion system's order, the balance of occlusion and the rehabilitation of vertical dimension. Methods: Splint of removable dentures were made for 46 old cases. The clinical effect was followed up in 1th month. 6th month and 12th month. Results:The clinical effect are satisfied with expected results. Conclusion: The splint of removable denture is an effective measure to treat dentition defect accompanied with medium to servere attrition.
