| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺治疗紧张型头痛的临床疗效。方法以百会、风池为主穴,配合电针,辨证治疗紧张型头痛,观察治疗前后的疼痛改善程度和疗效。结果41例患者治疗后疼痛分级指数（PRI）、目测类比定级（VAS）和现有疼痛程度（PPI）数值下降（P〈0.01）;愈显率为51.2%,总有效率为90.2%。结论针刺治疗紧张型头痛疗效确切,能明显减轻患者的疼痛程度。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture intervention in treating tension headache. Methods Tension headache was treated with Baihui and Fengchi as major points in cooperation with electroacupuncture and syndrome differentiation. The degree of pain relief and the therapeutic effect were evaluated after treatment. Results Scores on the Pain Rating Index （PRI）, the Visual Analogous Scale （VAS） and the Present Pain Intensity （PPI） decreased in 41 cases after treatment （P〈0.01）. The cure and marked efficacy rate and the total efficacy rate were 51.2% and 90.2%, respectively. Conclusion Acupuncture has an exact therapeutic effect on tension headache and can evidently alleviate the pain in the patients. |
