| 摘 要： | 我院为24例慢性肾功能衰竭患者施行同种异体尸体肾移植术。术后免疫抑制剂应用环胞素A、强的松和硫唑嘌呤三联用药。现存活21例，死亡3例。术后并发症有出血、切口裂开、输尿管使用、白细胞减少及感染。

| Abstract: | 24 cases ill with chronic renal failure were operated on for the allogeneic transplantation of cadaver kidney. The combined use of cyclosporin A, prednisone and azathioprine was used as postoperative immunoouppressant. 21 cases survived and 3 cases died. The postopertive complications were hemorrhage, disruption of wound, ureteral obstruction, leukopenia and infection respectively. |
