摘    要:目的:了解华东地区制造型企业职员工作倦怠状况,方法:用Maslach倦怠量表一通用版(MBI-General Survey)对华东地区制造型企业283名职员进行了调查。结果:①华东地区制造型企业职员存在较高程度的工作倦怠,情绪衰竭和玩世不恭程度较高,个人成就感程度较低。②职员人口统计学变量和企业性质,会不同程度影响职员工作倦怠。工作倦怠体现在性别和年龄上的差异不显著,而在婚姻、受教育程度、工龄和企业性质上差异较为显著。结论:华东地区制造型企业职员存在工作倦怠,值得进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate job burnout status of Employees from manufacturing industries in eastern China. Methods: 283 Employees were assessed by MBI-GS. Results: The demographic variables and nature of enterprise have effect on job burnout status of employees. Difference of burnout was not obvious in sex and age, but more outstanding in marriage, education, working years and nature of enterprise. Conclusion: Employees from manufacturing industries in eastern China has pretty high job burnout.
