CK-mit、Bax、Ki-67在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达及其意义

摘    要:[目的]探讨子宫内膜样腺癌细胞中线粒体肌酸激酶(CK-mit)、抗凋亡基因Bax和细胞核抗原抗体Ki-67的表达及其在子宫内膜样腺癌诊断中的意义.[方法]应用免疫组织化学SP法检测70例子宫内膜样腺癌和10例子宫内膜非典型增殖及20例子宫内膜单纯性增殖标本CK-mit、Bax和Ki-67的表达.[结果]CK-mit、Bax与Ki-67在子宫内膜样腺癌中均呈高表达,癌组织分化越低,其表达越高.三者表达率,子宫内膜样腺癌与非典型增殖差异无显著性,与单纯性增殖比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);非典型增殖与单纯性增殖比较差异有显著性(P<0.05).[结论]CK-mit、Bax和Ki-67在子宫内膜样腺癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用;CK-mit是子宫内膜样腺癌的标志酶,三种抗体联合检测对子宫内膜样腺癌的早期诊断有一定意义.

Abstract:To investigate the diagnostic significance of expression of mitochondrial creatine kinase (CK-mit), Bax gene and anti-Ki-67 nuclear antigen(Ki-67)in endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Expression of CK-mit, Bax and Ki-67 were detected in 70 cases with endometrioid adenocarcinoma, 10 cases with endometrial dysplasia and 20 cases with endometrial hyperplasia by SP immunohistochemical staining. CK-mit, Bax and Ki-67 all had high level expression in endometrioid adenocarcinoma. The lower differentiation, the higher positive rate of above three markers. The expression of CK-mit, Bax and Ki-67 was different significantly between endometrioid adenocarcinoma and endometrial hyperplasia(P<0.01), between endometrial dysplasia and endometrial hyperplasia(P<0.05), but was not between endometrioid adenocarcinoma and endometrial dysplasia. [Conclusions] CK-mit, Bax and Ki-67 may play an important role in the development of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Ck-mit may be the mark enzyme of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. The examination of CK-mit, Bax and Ki-67 is significant for the early diagnosis of endometrioid adenocarcinoma.
