妊娠期糖尿病患者血清微量元素与25-羟维生素D3的测定与分析

摘    要:目的了解妊娠期糖尿病患者与正常妊娠期妇女血清微量元素含量及25-羟维生素D3的差异,并探讨血清微量元素、25-羟维生素D3与妊娠期糖尿病发生发展的关系。方法随机选取252名妊娠期糖尿病患者作为病例组,532名正常妊娠期妇女作为对照组,测定血清钙、铁、锌、镁、铜含量及25-羟维生素D3水平,比较两组差异。结果妊娠期糖尿病患者的孕前体重和体质指数高于对照组,孕期增重低于对照组,以上差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。血清锌含量为(78.02±17.39)mmol/L,低于对照组,血清铜含量为(25.05±6.51)mmol/L,高于对照组,以上差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),其他微量元素差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。糖耐量实验1h血糖异常的孕妇25-羟维生素D3值低于血糖正常者,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论监测妊娠期妇女的血清微量元素及25-羟维生素D3水平的变化,对于妊娠期糖尿病的防治及改善妊娠结局有重要参考价值。

Abstract:Objective To study the difference of serum trace elements and 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 of gestational diabetes mellitus patients and normal pregnant women; to analyze the correlation of trace elements and 25 - hydroxy vitamin D3 with occurance of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 252 gestational diabetics patients and 532 healthy pregnant women were chosen randomly and assigned to patient group and control group respectively. The level of serum trace elements (Calcium, i-ron, Zinc, Magnesium, Copper) and 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 were measured and compared between the groups. Results Pre-pregnancy weight and BMI were higher in patient group than control group , weight gain during pregnancy of patient group was lower than control group, all with significant difference(P〈0.05). For patient group, serum zinc was (78.02 ± 17.39) mmol/L, serum copper was (25.05 ± 6.51) mmol/L, both were higher than that of control group, with significant difference (P〉0. 05). No significant difference was observed for other trace elements between patient group and control group (P〉0. 05). 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 concentration was lower for participants with abnormal blood glucose level after lh OGTT,with significant difference (P〈0. 05). Conelusion Surveillance on trace elements and 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 level have significant value for the prevention and treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus and improvement of pregnance outcome.
