内耳内听道及面神经的磁共振成像研究

摘    要:目的 探讨内耳内听道及面神经的磁共振成像技术及临床应用。方法 45例耳部MR检查正常者采用三维稳态结构相干序列(3D-constructive inference in the steadystate,3D-CISS)和采用快速自旋回波序列(turbospinecho,TSE)作颞骨容积扫描,之后行最大信号强度投影(MIP)技术处理,进行图像对比。结果 3D-CISS对螺旋板、前庭阶、鼓阶、椭圆囊、球囊的显示对比TSE具有显著性意义。结论 3D-CISS对内耳内听道细微结构的显示优于TSE。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) technique and clinical application in facial nerves,inner ear and internal auditory cannal.Methods:45 cases with normal MR images of ears were scanned by 3D-constructive inference in the steady state(3D-CISS) and turbo-spin echo (TSE)and the image qualities were compared.Results: The difference of detection rates was statistically significant for saccule,vestibular crest,utricle,scala vestibule,scala tympani and spiral lamina.Conclusion: 3D-CISS is better than TSE for detecting the anatomical structures of internal auditory and labyrinth.
