摘    要:观察鲨鱼软骨粉对小鼠移植性SRS生长的影响与微血管密度的关系,方法肿瘤称重,切片用vWF疫组化染色及微血管计算机扫描方法半定量。结果在已建立的小鼠SRS实体瘤模型上应用口服鲨鱼软骨粉治疗,发现54毫克/d治疗15d后肿瘤重量及微血管密度较对照组明显减少。

Abstract:Objective To Study the effect of shark cartilage powder on the growth of implanting SRS , its relationship to microvascular density and the expression of VEGF and FIk-1. Method Tumor slides were stained with vWF :Ag antibody,VEGF antibody and FIk-1 antibody immunohistochemically(ABC) and then were studied by a computerized image processing system. Results The 54mg/day treatment group mice have lower tumor weight and smaller microvascular density compared to control(P<0.05),and the depression of expression of VEGF and its receptor Flk-1 in the treatment group. Conclusion The growth of the mice implanting SRS lymphoma can be suppressed by intubation of shark cartilage powder of 54mg daily after 15d and the expression of VEGF and Flk-1 can be depressed by shark cartilage powder. The inhibition of tumor angiogenesis might be one of the mechanisms of the antitumor efftcts of shark cartilage powder and it relates to the depression of the expression of VEGF and Flk-1.
