| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血清尿酸(UA)和三酰甘油(TG)水平与原发性高血压(EH)患者颈动脉粥样硬化程度的关系.方法 采用全自动生化分析仪测定两组EH患者(内膜增厚组、内膜斑块形成组)血清UA和TG.结果 内膜斑块形成组与内膜增厚组比较,UA差异有统计学意义(P《0.01),TG差异也有统计学意义(P《0.05),相关分析显示,EH患者血清UA与TG水平呈正相关(P《0.05). 结论 血清UA和TG水平增加越显著,EH患者颈动脉粥样硬化程度越重.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationships between serum uric acid (UA) and triglyceride(TG) levels with carotid atherosclerosis in essential hypertensive (EH) patients.Methods The serum levels of UA and TG in two groups of the patients with EH were determined with automatic analyzer.Results There was a very significant difference in serum UA level between carotid intimal plaque formation group and carotid intimal thickening group (P<0.01), and there was a significant difference in serum TG level between them (P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the serum level of UA was positively correlated with TG (P<0.05) in EH patients.Conclusion The level of serum UA and TG is higher, the degree of carotid atherosclerosis is heavier. |
