| 摘 要： | 目的总结晚期胃癌或残胃癌出口癌性狭窄内镜注射治疗的疗效。方法对43例晚期胃癌或残胃癌出口癌性狭窄患者根据患者意愿分为2组,治疗组(n=23)经内镜用高渗钠联合化疗药注入瘤体基底部及周边,每周1次,连续6周。对照组(n=20)采用MAF方案即丝裂霉素、多柔比星、5-氟尿嘧啶]常规化疗。结果两组疗效、生存期、不良反应及并发症情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经内镜注射药物对晚期胃癌或残胃癌伴出口癌性狭窄是安全有效的姑息疗法,能重建腔道,解除梗阻,改善症状,延长生存期,且不良反应少等优点。
