| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨普米克令舒对于造血干细胞移植后慢性GVHD1：2腔溃疡的治疗作用。方法]将60例造血干细胞移植后慢性GVHD口腔溃疡的病人分为治疗组及对照组，两组均采用常规治疗加免疫抑制剂联合抗生素抗感染和营养支持治疗，对照组单给予四氢叶酸钙漱口，治疗组加用普米克令舒外涂惠处，之后参照WHO标准进行分级评定。结果]治疗后治疗组有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论]普米克令舒对造血干细胞移植后慢性GVHD相关的口腔溃疡，效果显著。
