摘    要:目的观察早期使用盐酸纳洛酮对重型颅脑损伤患者的治疗效果。方法选择格拉斯哥昏迷计分(GCS)3~8分的患者68例,随机分为两组,对照组30例使用脱水剂、糖皮质激素、营养脑细胞药物等常规治疗,治疗组38例加用盐酸纳洛酮持续静脉滴注,连用10 d后停药,对两组患者进行GCS评分。结果与治疗前GCS评分相比,两组治疗后GCS评分均明显升高(治疗组,t=8.3014,P〈0.01;对照组,t=2.9956,P〈0.01),且治疗后GCS评分治疗组明显高于对照组(t=2.755 3,P〈0.01)。结论重型颅脑损伤患者早期使用盐酸纳洛酮可明显提高疗效,具有临床推广价值。

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of early using naloxone hydrochloride on severe craniocerebral trauma.Methods Sixty-eight patients with Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS) scores 3-8,were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=38) and the control group(n=30).The patients in the control group were conventionally treated with dehydrolyzing agent,glucocorticoid,nutritional medicines to brain cells and antibiotics.The treatment group was added naloxone hydrochloride by intravenous drip besides conventional therapy for 10 d.The GCS scores of both groups were evaluated.Results The GCS scores after treatment in the two groups were significantly increased compared to those before treatment(t=8.301 4,P 0.01;t=2.995 6,P 0.01);and the treatment group was obviously higher than control group in GCS scores(t=2.755 3,P 0.01),which showed that the treatment group was remarkably superior to the control group in improving brain damage.Conclusion Early using naloxone hydrochloride can obviously improve the clinical curative effect to the patients with severe craniocerebral injury,which is worthy to be promoted in clinic.
