| 摘 要： | 本文采用双波长法测定甲硝唑葡萄糖注射液含量,在227和290.7nm 处测定吸收度,其差值ΔA与浓度 C 间有良好的线性关系,可以消除5—HMF 的干扰.

| Abstract: | Metronidazole glucose injection was determined by dual wavelength spectrophotometry,which couled eliminate the interference caused by 5-HMF.The wavelength used were 277 and 290.7nm.Our study showed that the concentration of metronidazole glucose was linear to the difference of absorbance. |
