| 摘 要： | 对４３例颈外动脉供血的富血管肿瘤和血管性病变进行血管内栓塞治疗，结果表明：富血管肿瘤栓塞后手术中出血明显减少，体积缩小，血管性病变栓塞后达到痊愈或姑息治疗的目的，对栓塞物的选择和操作注意事项了讨论。

| Abstract: | Forty-three cases of hypervascularized tumors and vascular lesions supplied by external carotid artery were treated by endovascular embolization. The results showed that hypervascularized tumor's bleeding markedly reduced and its volume diminished during operation; vascular lesions were cured or improved after embolization. The choice of embolic materials and technical essentials were discussed. |
