新生儿脐膨出的早期诊治

目的：探索新生儿脐膨出早期诊治的特点。方法：回顾性研究10例脐膨出新生儿的诊治结果，并结合文献进行分析。结果：10例脐膨出新生儿，7例3d内就诊。5例I期手术修补，2例Ⅱ期修补。3例病史超过3d，行保守治疗。其中9例治愈，经2月－3年以上的随访生长发育良好。结论：新生儿脐膨出是一种临床上少见的先天性疾病，是新生儿外科中的急症。早期准确的诊治是挽救患儿生命的关键。早期诊断中需特别注意仔细鉴别，并了解是否合并其它畸形。治疗应越早越好，一般3d内就诊者可考虑急症手术，超过3d者行保守治疗为好。

Early Diagnosis and Treatment in Newborn with Congenital Omphalocele

Objective:To explore the features of diagnosis and treatment in newborn with congenital omphalocele at their early stage.Methods:Clinical retrospective studies of 10 cases suffered congenital omphalocele.Results:9 of the 10 cases with congenital omphalocele recovered after operative (7 cases)and none-operative (3 cases) treatment based on ill history and severity of contamination.In the 7 operated cases,5 of them received radical operation and the other two were treated by a second stage.The results are all good.Conclusions:Congenital omphalocele is a kind of rare disease in clinical.It is an emergency in neonate.Early correct diagnosis and treatment are the base of saving babie's life.The differentiate diagnosis is very important even the omphalocele is relatively easy to realize.Emergency operation should be given in patient with a ill history of no more than 3 days.Patients with a relatively long course of disease and severity of contamination should be treated by conservative methods.
