| 摘 要： | 目的；研究应用无创性鼻（面）罩 双水平气道正压通气治疗急性心源性肺水肿的临床价值。方法：对42例急性心源性肺水肿患者应用鼻（面）罩双水平气道正压通气治疗，观察通气前后心率、呼吸频率、平均血压（MAP）、动脉血气分析、心功能等指标的变化。结果：鼻（面）罩BiPAP通气后，心率呼吸频率明显减慢（P＜0．001），MAP、动脉血气分析中pH、PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2等参数比较有统计学意义（P＜0．05），心功能明显改善。结论：对急性心源性肺水肿患者应用无创性BiPAP鼻（面）罩通气治疗是安全而有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical applications of nasal (facial) mask bi level positive airway pressure ventilation in the treatment of acute careiogenic pulmonary edema. Methods: Forty two patients with acut cardiogenic pulmonary edema (ACPE) were treated with nasal (facial) mask positive airway pressure (BiPAP), before and after ventilatory support, the heart rate, breathing MAP, arteral blood gas and heart functions were recorded. Results: After nasal (facial) BiPAP ventilation, the heart rate and dreathing rate were significantly reduced ( P <0 001),the MAP?pH?PaO 2?PaCO 2?SaO 2, All so the clinicial parmenters showed a statical differencess ( P <0 05), all Patients heart function was improvement Conclusion: The noninvasive nasal maskBiPAP is a kind of sate and effective method in the trentment of ACPE |
