芪苈强心胶囊治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭临床观察

目的：探讨芪苈强心胶囊治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）的疗效。方法：将60例老年慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组：对照组为常规治疗组;治疗组则在常规治疗基础上再加芪苈强心胶囊治疗1个月,治疗前、后分别进行LVEF和生活质量的评估,并比较两组利尿剂和洋地黄用量。结果：治疗前两组LVEF及生活质量比较,无统计学差异（P〉0.05）,治疗后治疗组LVEF和生活质量较对照组改善明显,治疗组利尿剂和洋地黄用量减少（P〈0.05）。结论：芪苈强心胶囊能明显提高老年CHF患者的LVEF及生活质量,减少利尿剂和洋地黄用量。

Clinical observation on Qili Qiangxin Capsules treatment old patients with chronic heart failure

Objective： To evaluate whether Qili Qiangxin Capsules can improve the exercise capacity and the quality of life in old patients with chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods： 60 patients with CHF was studied. Patients were divided into two groups randomly. Thirty patients with CHF in control group were received regular treatments in a month. The other thirty patients with CHF in treating group were received Qili Qiangxin Capsules and regular treatments in a month. All patients were measured LVEF and the quality of life at before and after the treatment. The dosages with diuretic drug and digitalis were compared between the treating group and control group. Results： Before treating, LVEF and the quality of life weren＇t diffenrent between the treating group and control group. After treating, LVEF and the quality of life were increased in the treating group compared to the control group. The dosages with diuretic drug and digitalis were decreased in the treating group （P0.05）. Conclusion： It were treated by Qili Qiangxin Capsules that can improve LVEF, the quality of life of old patients with chronic heart failure （CHF） and decrease the dosages with diuretic and digitalis.
