| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妊娠合并子宫肌瘤对妊娠与分娩的影响,及剖宫产同时行肌瘤剔除术的可行性。方法对我院112例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤孕妇的资料进行回顾性分析。选择同期分娩的无子宫肌瘤的孕妇120例为对照组。结果子宫肌瘤合并妊娠的孕期及分娩期的并发症增加,剖宫产率增加,80例同时行肌瘤剔除术均成功剔除,出血量无明显增加。结论子宫肌瘤使妊娠期、分娩期并发症增加,在合适的情况下剖宫产同时行肌瘤剔除并没有增加手术风险。
