我国现行医疗保险制度与解决看病贵关系分析

对我国城乡现行医疗保障制度与解决看病贵问题的关系进行分析。认为：医疗保障基金的结存率、付费机制与看病贵的问题密切相关，提出只有城乡医疗保险覆盖面的受益面与受益性协调发展，才能建立名副其实的全民医疗保障制度；适度降低我国城乡医保基金结存率，能够在提高资金使用率中化解看病贵的部分矛盾；改革城乡医疗保险付费机制，能够在提高卫生资源有效使用率中缓解看病贵问题。

The relationship between social medical security system and high medical cost were analyzed. The medical security funds balance rate and payment mechanism heavily impacted medical cost.
