| 摘 要： | 目的了解北京市某区121名中小学主要领导高血压、高脂血症、脂肪肝患病情况,为进行健康管理提供科学依据。方法选取北京市某区2010年中小学校主要领导常规体检疾病信息,采用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果学校领导脂肪肝、高三酰甘油、高胆固醇、高血压、空腹高血糖检出率分别为35.9%,31.4%,27.3%,17.9%,17.4%。男性脂肪肝、高三酰甘油、高血糖、高血压检出率均高于女性(P值均<0.01),高胆固醇检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.01);BMI≥28 kg/m2组高血压、脂肪肝、高三酰甘油检出率明显高于BMI<28 kg/m2组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。学校领导BMI与高血压、高血脂、高血糖、脂肪肝发生均存在相关(r值分别为0.258,0.213,0.218,0.443,P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论中小学主要领导高血压、高血脂、高血糖、脂肪肝检出率较高,应积极采取措施进行慢性病干预。 |
