| 摘 要： | 目的 研制用于沙门菌、志贺菌和金黄色葡萄球菌同时增菌的培养基.方法 根据微生物营养素需求,筛选可添加成分进行单因素比较试验,确定出培养基合适的组分,采用平板菌落计数法和多重PCR法验证培养基增菌效果.结果 成功研制出能够用于沙门菌、志贺菌和金黄色葡萄球菌复合增菌的培养基(3S),当接种量约为1 CFU/mL,37 ℃培养12 h后,3种目标菌以相对一致的速度增殖,可达到107～108CFU/mL;应用多重PCR可同时扩增出目的 条带.结论 3S可用于沙门菌、志贺菌和金黄色葡萄球菌复合增殖培养,配制方便、增菌快速、节约成本和时间,具有良好的市场前景.
