| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨大学生网络成瘾与时间管理倾向的关系,为大学生网络成瘾干预提供依据.方法 采用中文网络成瘾量表(C IAS)和青少年时间管理倾向量表(ATMD),对浙江省杭州、金华、温州市3地5所高校1 100名大学生进行问卷调查.结果 大学生网络成瘾与时间管理倾向相关系数(r)为-0.306(P<0.01);多因素Logistic回归分析表明,网络成瘾与时间效能感的标准化回归系数为-0.323;每周上网时间<30 h网络成瘾平均得分50.74分,>30h平均得分56.43分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 大学生网络成瘾与时间管理倾向呈负相关;大学生时间管理倾向中的时间效能感对网络成瘾有较好的预测作用;大学生应合理控制上网时间.
