| 摘 要： | 目的：观察红花黄色素注射液联合单硝酸异山梨酯注射液治疗老年冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：将67例确诊的冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为2组，治疗组34例，静脉滴注红花黄色素及单硝酸异山梨酯注射液；对照组33例，静脉滴注单硝酸异山梨酯注射液；两组均以2周为1个疗程。结果：两组患者心绞痛发作频率、强度及心电图表现均较治疗前有所改善（P〈0．05），但治疗组疗效明显优于对照纽（P〈0．05）。结论：红花黄色素与硝酸酯类药物合用治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛疗效确切，优于单纯硝酸酯类药物治疗。
