北京市延庆县中学生烟草使用情况及知信行现状

目的了解北京市青少年烟草使用情况与知信行现状,为有效开展青少年控烟活动提供科学依据。方法在北京市延庆县随机抽取5所中学1 446名学生进行匿名问卷调查。结果 74.5%的中学生正确回答了10项及以上知识问题;对吸烟相关态度的正确持有率占39.3%;报告尝试吸烟率为32.9%,现在吸烟率12.3%,吸烟率为6.5%,男生高于女生,中等职业学校学生高于高中和初中学生;50%以上学生在12岁前开始尝试吸第一支烟。吸烟是让人提神的好方法等不正确认知是学生尝试吸烟的危险因素,对"学校应该帮助有吸烟习惯的学生戒烟"的正确认知是学生尝试吸烟的保护因素。结论北京市青少年烟草使用情况与知信行现状不容乐观,应针对青少年吸烟特点尽早开展吸烟教育工作。

Tobacco use status and KAP survey among 1 446 middle school students in a district of Beijing

Objective To understand the current status of knowledge,belief and behavior on tobacco and health among middle school students in Beijing.Methods A self-administered anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 467 students in the classes selected by cluster sampling from 5 middle schools,recovery of 1 446 valid questionnaires with a response rate of 98.6%.Results About 74.5% of secondary school students correctly answered 10 knowledge questions and over.The correct rate of smoking-related attitudes...
