腔内微波加温合并放射治疗食管癌临床分析

目的观察食管腔内微波加温合并放射治疗食管癌与单纯放射治疗的疗效。方法将120例食管癌进行前瞻性分组研究。单纯体外照射组(单放组)60例,2GY/次、5次/周,DT:60GY。食管腔内加温合并体外照射组(热放组)60例,在体外照射期间每周腔内加热一次,45m in/次,共6次。结果单放组和热放组治疗结束时CR率分别为63.3%和85%,差别有显著性意义(P<0.05)。1、3、5年生存率单放组和热放组分别为61.6%、25%、11.6%和83.3%、45%、26.6%。结论食管腔内加温合并体外放射治疗可以提高食管癌的局部控制率,近期疗效和远期疗效均高于对照组,没有明显增加放疗的不良反应。

Clinical Analysis on Treatment of Esophageal Cancer by Intracavity Microwave Heating plus Radiotherapy

Objective To observe the effect on the treatment of esophageal cancer by intracavity microwave heating plus radiotherapy,and simply by radiotherapy.Methods 120 cases with esophageal cancer were prospectively classified and investigated.The simple external radiotherapy group included 60 cases,2GY/time,5 times/week;DT: 60GY.The intracavity heating plus external radiotherapy involved 60 cases,adding intracavity heating once a week during the period of external radiation,45 minutes once,6 times in all.Results At the end of radiation in the simple radiotherapy group and the heating plus radiotherapy group,the curative rates were 63.3% and 85%,respectively.There was significant difference(P<0.05).The survival rates for 1,3 and 5 years in the simple radiotherapy group and the heating plus radiotherapy group were 61.6%,25%,11.6% and 83.3%,45%,26.6%,respectively.Conclusion The treatment of esophageal cancer by intracavity heating plus radiation could improve the local control rate of esophageal cancer,have higher short-term and long-term effect than that in the control group,and no obvious increase of radiation side effects.
