| 摘 要： | 报告1例坏疽性脓皮病合并无菌性肺脓肿及类风湿性关节炎。患者女，65岁。小腿反复破溃2年，加重20d人院。既往有类风湿性关节炎10余年。入院查胸部CT示双肺多发性结节空洞．肺结节穿刺抽出灰黄色脓性液体，脓液未查到病原菌。给予皮质类固醇治疗，皮损及肺部病变均有好转。

| Abstract: | A case of pyoderma gangrenosum associated with as eptic pulmonary abscess and rheumatoid arthritis was reported.A65-year-old woman presented with recurrent ulceration on her lower legs for2years and aggr avation for20days.She had history of rheuma-toid arthritis for more than10 years.CT scan of the chest showed mutiple pulmonary nodules and excavations.Fi ne-needle biopsy of the lung nodule yielded grayish-yellow discharge and no mi croorganism was found in the discharge.The cutaneous and pulmonary lesions were improved with corticosteroid therapy. |
