化疗对中晚期消化系肿瘤患者细胞免疫的影响

目的 :观察化疗对中晚期消化系肿瘤患者细胞免疫的影响。方法 :30例接受化疗的中晚期消化系肿瘤患者 ,分别在化疗前后检测外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群比例 ,血浆可溶性白细胞介素 -2受体 (s IL- 2 R)含量 ,并设正常健康组为对照。结果 :化疗前与正常健康组相比 ,肿瘤患者 T淋巴细胞亚群比例紊乱 ,CD 4 比例下降 ,CD 8比例升高 ,CD 4 / CD 8比值下降 ,s IL- 2 R含量升高 ;与化疗前比较 ,化疗后肿瘤患者 CD 4 比例、CD 4 / CD 8比值进一步下降 ,CD 8比例、s IL - 2 R含量进一步升高。结论 :化疗可加重中晚期肿瘤患者的免疫抑制 ,化疗后应辅以免疫治疗

The Effect of Chemotherapy on Immunity of Patients with Intermediate and Late Malignant Tumor of Digestive Tract

Objective:To assess the effect of chemotherapy on immunity of patients with intermediate and late malignant tumor of digestive tract.Methods:Thirty patients were treated with chemotherapy.The values of CD 4 cell,CD 8 cell,CD 4/CD 8 and sIL-2R were tested before and after treatment respectively.The normal values of them were also determined.Results: Before treatment, the values of CD 4,CD 4/CD 8 declined and the values of CD 8, sIL-2R increased compared with normal controls. Compared with the values before chemotherapy,the values of CD 4, CD 4/CD 8 decreased obviously and the values of CD 8, sIL-2R increased. The significant differences were occurred (P<0.05 or P<0.001).Conclusion:Chemotherapy can decrease cellular immunity of malignant tumor patient.Immunity therapy should be used after chemotherapy.
