超声/CT融合成像对肾肿瘤诊断价值研究

摘    要:目的探讨超声/CT融合成像在鉴别肾肿瘤中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2014年6月-2016年6月经临床病理确诊为肾肿瘤患者79例的超声、CT影像学资料,并行超声/CT融合成像分析。结果肾恶性肿瘤57例,超声图像上多为低回声或等回声,CDFI显示53例肿瘤内部有彩色血流信号显示,4例肿瘤周围有细条状血流;CT平扫以低密度为主,多数增强扫描示为高增强或等增强。良性肿瘤22例,超声图像上多为高回声,多数CDFI无血流信号显示,仅4例肿瘤周边有细条状血流;CT平扫以低密度为主,多数增强为低增强或等增强。超声/CT融合、CT、超声诊断肾肿瘤准确性(96.20%,84.81%,70.89%)、敏感性(96.49%,85.96%,73.68%)、特异性(95.45%,81.82%,63.64%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论超声/CT融合成像技术综合了超声、CT的优势,可提高肾肿瘤的定性诊断准确率,有利于指导临床确定治疗方案。

Value of Ultrasound / CT Fusion Imaging in the Diagnosis of Renal Tumors

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of ultrasound/CT fusion imaging in the differential diagnosis of renal tumors.Methods The ultrasonic and CT imaging data of 79 patients with pathologically confirmed renal tumors diagnosed between June 2014 and June 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. The ultrasound/CT fusion imaging analysis was performed.Results There were 57 cases of renal malignant tumors, and most of them showed low echo or equal echo on ultrasound images. CDFI showed that there were color blood flow signals in the tumors in 53 cases and fine blood flow around the tumors in 4 cases. CT scan mainly showed low density, and the enhanced scan mainly showed high or equal enhancement. There were 22 cases of benign tumors, and most of them showed high echo on ultrasound images. CDFI showed no blood flow signals in most of them, and there were only 4 cases with fine blood flow around the tumors. CT scan mainly showed low density, and most of them showed low or equal enhancement. There were significant differences among ultrasound/CT fusion, CT and ultrasound in accuracy rates (96.20%, 84.81%, 70.89%), sensitivities (96.49%, 85.96%, 73.68%) and specificities (95.45%, 81.82%, 63.64%) in the diagnosis of renal tumors (P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound/CT fusion imaging integrates the advantages of ultrasound and CT scan. It can improve the accuracy of qualitative diagnosis of renal tumors, and it is helpful to guide clinical treatment.
