阴道超声、磁共振成像(MRI)在诊治子宫内膜癌中的临床意义

目的比较分析阴道超声、磁共振成像(MRI)在子宫内膜癌诊治中的临床意义。方法以2015年1月-2016年7月经病理证实58例子宫内膜癌患者为研究对象,术前均接受阴道超声、MRI检查,以术后病理结果为标准,比较阴道超声、MRI对术前临床分期的诊断准确率;同时观察不同检查方法影像学表现。结果术后病理分期:Ⅰa期40例,Ⅰb期12例,Ⅱ期4例,Ⅳa期2例。以术后病理分期为金标准,阴道超声对术前临床分期诊断总准确率86.21%,MRI对术前临床分期诊断总准确率87.93%,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论阴道超声、MRI对子宫内膜癌术前分期判断准确率均较高,能为子宫内膜癌术前手术方案制定提供重要依据。

Clinical Significance of Transvaginal Ultrasound and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Endometrial Carcinoma

Objective To compare the clinical significance of transvaginal ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial carcinoma.Methods Fifty-eight patients with endometrial carcinoma confirmed by pathology between January 2015 and July 2016 were examined by transvaginal ultrasound and MRI examination before operation.With postoperative pathological results as the standard,the accuracy was compared between transvagina] ultrasound and MRI in the diagnosis of preoperative staging.The findings of different imaging examinations were observed.Results As for postoperative pathological stage,there were 40 cases in stage Ⅰa.12 cases in stage Ⅰb.4 cases in stage Ⅱ and 2 cases in stage [Ⅳa.With postoperative pathological staging as the golden standard total accuracy rate of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of preoperative clinical staging was 86.21％,and of MRI was 87.93％ (P＞0.05).Conclsion The accuracy rate of both rransvaginal ultrasound and MRI in the diagnosis of preoperative staging of endometrial carcinoma are high,which can provide important basis for development of preoperative operation of endometrial carcinoma.
